Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Flowder ("Service"), provided by Noblewolf AS (reg. no. 922 097 941), Wessels gate 4, 0169 Oslo, Norway ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept the Terms.

1. The Service

Flowder is a SaaS platform for restaurants offering a digital menu, QR table ordering, kitchen display (KDS), payment onboarding, accounting export and AI features (menu import, translation, image generation). The Service is provided "as is" and we may change functionality with reasonable notice.

2. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the restaurant and ownership
• Protecting your password and not sharing it
• The content of your menu (dish names, prices, allergens, images)
• Complying with local regulations for restaurant operation, including bookkeeping and cash-register requirements
• Taxes and VAT on sales made through the Service

Important: Flowder is not a certified cash register system under Norwegian law. Cash sales must be recorded in a separate certified POS. We provide accounting integration with Fiken, Tripletex and PowerOffice.

3. Subscription, pricing, invoicing

• Trial: 14 days free, no card required.
• Basic: 299 NOK/mo. Pro: 599 NOK/mo. Enterprise: by agreement.
• Prices are ex. VAT. VAT added at current rate.
• Billed monthly via card through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the customer portal.
• Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance via email.

4. Payments from guests (Stripe Connect)

When guests pay for orders, funds go directly to the restaurant's own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Noblewolf AS is not the recipient of guest payments. Stripe fees are charged to the restaurant. Refunds are handled by the restaurant via Flowder admin.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activity
• Upload content that infringes third-party copyright or trademarks
• Circumvent technical restrictions, access other customers' data, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Send spam or misuse AI features to generate illegal content

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual property

The Flowder platform, code, design and trademark belong to Noblewolf AS. You retain all rights to your own menu content, uploaded images, and branding. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content to deliver the Service.

7. AI-generated translations and images

The Service offers AI translation (OpenAI gpt-4o-mini) and AI image generation (OpenAI gpt-image-1). You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing. AI can make mistakes with ingredients, prices and allergens. Generated images are yours, but we do not guarantee uniqueness — OpenAI may generate similar images for others.

8. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not offer an SLA on Basic/Pro. Enterprise contracts may include SLA. Planned maintenance is notified in advance. We are not liable for downtime losses.

9. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount paid in subscription during the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of sales, or data loss beyond what mandatory Norwegian law requires.

10. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

11. Changes and termination

We may update the Terms as needed. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate your account for material breach with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious violations of §5.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Oslo District Court is the venue for disputes.
