Do guests need to download an app?

Can we change the menu after QR codes are printed?

Yes, always. QR codes point to your restaurant — not to a specific menu. Change prices, dishes and images anytime, guests see updates immediately.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Accepted Answer

We send a reminder a few days before the trial ends. If you add a payment card, service continues seamlessly. If not, the menu is automatically paused — but all content is kept until you return.

How are allergens handled?

All 14 EU standard allergens (gluten, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts, sesame, etc.) can be added per dish. Guests see clear icons and can tap for the full list.

Can we use our own photos?

Yes. Upload images directly from the admin. We automatically optimize to the right size and format (WebP/AVIF) for fast loading.

Is the service GDPR-compliant?

Yes. We store no personal data about your guests. All data is hosted on Cloudflare and Bunny in Frankfurt (EU jurisdiction). Data Processing Agreement available on request.

Can we have multiple restaurants in one account?

Yes, it is an Enterprise feature. Multi-location (several restaurants under one account with shared users and admin) is delivered on an Enterprise plan tailored for chains and groups. Contact us for pricing and setup.

Can guests order directly from the menu?

Accepted Answer

Yes, guests order via QR at the table, as take-away or delivery. Payment is by card or Vipps/MobilePay via Stripe. The restaurant receives money directly to their own Stripe account.
