How to get started with QR menus — step-by-step guide (15 minutes)
Digitalizing the menu with QR codes sounds complicated, but the process takes under 15 minutes once you know what to do. Here's a step-by-step from signup to first order.

1.Create account (2 min)
Go to meny.noblewolf.no/signup, provide restaurant name, email and password. We send a verification link — click to activate. Then pick Basic (299 NOK/mo) or Pro (599 NOK/mo) — both have 14 days free trial. Card is stored but not charged until day 15.

2.Enter your menu (2-5 min with AI)
Do you already have a PDF or image menu? Upload it — our AI (Claude Vision) reads categories, dishes, prices and descriptions automatically. Finished menu in 30 seconds. If you prefer manual entry, that's also fast: create category, add dishes with name, price and description.

3.Choose theme (30 sec)
Three ready themes: Dark Editorial for fine dining, Light Casual for café and lunch, Colorful for family restaurants. Can be changed later.

4.Add tables and download QR codes (2 min)
Enter your table labels comma-separated (e.g. "1, 2, 3, 4, Terrace-A, Bar-B"). The system generates one unique QR code per table with cryptographic signature. Download as PDF, print and attach to tables.

5.Connect Vipps/Stripe payment (5 min)
For guests to pay in the menu (take-away/delivery), connect your Stripe account. Click "Connect Stripe" in admin, follow 3 screens, done. Payouts go directly to your Norwegian bank account next business day. Flowder never holds customer funds.

6.Activate Kitchen Display (KDS) (1 min)
Under "Restaurant settings" you can enable KDS. Set a PIN, copy the URL and open on an iPad on the kitchen wall. Add to home screen for fullscreen mode. New orders appear with a ping and color-coded cards.

7.Connect accounting (Fiken/Tripletex/PowerOffice, optional)
If you want automatic daily settlement, click "Connect" under Accounting. For Fiken: create an API token in Fiken settings, paste here. From tonight at 03:00 UTC, daily sales are automatically posted as a balanced journal entry.

8.Done!
